2. What we collect

When you order or contact us, we collect the data needed to serve you: name, address, email, phone, order history, and payment confirmation (payments themselves are processed by our payment providers — we never see or store your card details).

Our website uses analytics (Google Analytics, Plausible) to understand how the site is used. IP addresses are processed by these tools; we do not build personal profiles.

3. Why we use it

To process and ship your orders, respond to your messages, meet our legal obligations (accounting, warranty), and — only with your consent — send occasional news from the workshop.

4. Who we share it with

Only what is necessary, with providers required to run the shop: payment processing, shipping carriers, and our website platform (Odoo). We never sell your data.

5. How long we keep it

Order and invoice data: 10 years (Swiss legal requirement). Contact messages: as long as needed to help you. Newsletter data: until you unsubscribe.

6. Your rights

Under the Swiss Federal Act on Data Protection (FADP), you can ask us at any time what data we hold about you, and request correction or deletion where the law allows. Write to info@onceandleather.com.
